Payment terms are outlined in each client’s contract. Payments must be made on time according to the schedule agreed upon. Late payments may be subject to fees or service suspension.
Accepted payment methods and policies are subject to change.
5. Warranties & Liability
Eagle Eye Exteriors provides workmanship warranties as stated in individual service contracts. Manufacturer warranties may also apply for products used.
We are not responsible for:
Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or natural disasters
Delays due to weather or third-party suppliers
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
